Financial Procedures (S.O. 232–245)

Overview​

This section governs financial procedures including the Budget, appropriations, and financial oversight.

Standing Order 232 — Budget Process​

"The National Assembly shall consider and approve the Budget of the National Government in accordance with Article 221 of the Constitution."

Standing Order 234 — Appropriation Bills​

Standing Order 238 — Supplementary Appropriations​
